paper. We’ll help you get these ideas into the form required by
the planners.

Information required

1. Your name(s) and address as owner(s) of the property.
2. Your telephone number.
3. The address of the property.
4. The references cadastrales for the property and an « extrait de plan cadastre ». Both these are obtainable from the Mairie.
5. A plan géomètre if possible. If not, a sketch of the site with some levels. We have an aide sheet.
6. A description of the project including details of the finishing materials to be used.
7. Sketches or block plans of the existing property with as many dimensions as possible.
8. Diagrams, sketches, notes of the alterations or new work.
9. A certificat d’urbanisme if the property does not exist.
10. Photos of the property or site from close up.
11. Photos of the property or site from a distance.

Using your infomation we will assemble a dossier (file)
for the demande containing the following.

1. Plans de situation.
2. Plan de masse.
3. Coupe longue.
4. Notice descriptive of the works.
5. Plans of the facades.
6. Floor plans.
7. View perspective
8. Photos near.
9. Photos far.
