Déclaration préalable .........................................400 €

Demande d’un Permis de Construire.........................600 €
(surface hors oeuvre net moins de 170 m²) (net habitable space less than 170 m²)

A Devis will be issued when the initial information is made available.
The Devis will normally be in the sums above but special cases will be quoted individually.
Upon receipt of a signed Devis work will start on the dossiers.
There may be requests for more dimensions or details.

When work is complete we will display your dossier on the web.
We will print off 6 copies of the demande and the dossier.

On payment we shall post the documents for you to sign and take to the Mairie.
